1 Acceptance of the rules

The event will take place in accordance with these regulations, any changes and notices that will be published on the websitewww.beccadinona.it.

Participation in the event implies, on the part of the participants, the unreserved acceptance of these regulations, in all its parts.

By registering, each participant undertakes to comply with these Regulations and declines the organizers from any civil or criminal liability for any accident or accident, for damage to persons or things derived from him or caused by himself, which may occur before, during and after the event.

2 Participation

All girls over the age of 5 can enrol in the Becca Pink.

3 Registrations

Registrations open on May 1, 2024 at 20:00 and will close on June 30, 2024 or when a total of 1000 participants is reached.

4 Application Fee

There is a registration fee of 10 € which will be ENTIRELY donated to the V.I.O.L.A Valle d'Aosta Association

5 Team

The Becca Pink is an opportunity to share: form a team, sign up with your friends, colleagues or relatives and share your all-female race with us.

In the registration form there is a team field where you can enter the name of your team.

6 Race pack

By registering you will receive the race pack consisting of the technical t-shirt.

7 Race pack collection

The delivery of the race pack and bib number will be carried out:

Thursday, July 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Becca Village set up at the Guido Saba – Charvensod sports field
Friday, July 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Becca Village set up at the Guido Saba – Charvensod sports field.

8 Route

The Becca Pink is a NON-competitive run-walk that covers the distance of 5 km on a completely flat route: it runs along the VéloDoire cycle path starting from the Abbé Henri green area (in front of the Tesolin) and arriving at the Guido Saba sports field in Charvensod.

9 Prize draw

At the end of the run-walk, at the Becca Village set up at the Guido Saba sports field – in Charvensod, the largest team will be awarded.

During the evening many prizes will be raffled off among all the participants and in particular at 11 pm 3 special prizes will be drawn.

10 Animal bans

To ensure the best safety conditions for all participants, it is forbidden to be accompanied by pets, whether they are on a leash or not.

11 Insurance

The organization takes out liability insurance for the entire period of the trial. Participation is the sole responsibility of the participants, who waive any recourse against the organizers in the event of damage and further consequences that occur as a result of the walk. At the time of registration, the participant must sign a liability waiver

12 Image rights

Each participant expressly waives the right to use the image rights connected to the test as well as renounces any recourse against the organization and its authorized partners, for the use of his image.
